We have been tenants for 4 years since 2016 and we have nothing but positive things to say. The property has always been kept clean and safe with regular maintenance to the building. Any issues are handled within an efficient time and are always fixed. Management are responsive and friendly and will help with any problems or concerns that may occur along the way.

I can't express how wonderful Cem and Semih are. Prompt communication and responsiveness (in everything from fixing a broken window to announcing regular pest control visits in advance) and genuine kindness (I had to unfortunately break my portion of our lease due to a necessary relocation, and they were supportive through what could have been a very painstaking process) are to be expected when working with Cem and Semih; it's evident they care for their tenants and take good care of their property. If I still lived in New York I'd 100% still be living in their wonderful unit in BedStuy.

I was looking to refresh my apartment before putting it on the market. MyPropertyMan found a great painter for a reasonable price and made the unit looking great again. I highly recommend them.

My property man has been great. They are very responsive!! 9pm plumbing issue on a Thursday - fixed within an hour!!!
